Our purpose

Our team

As authorized by the State of Indiana, the Allen County Fort Wayne Capital Improvement Board (CIB) maintains two primary objectives:
[1] To oversee the disbursement of funds generated by the Allen County Supplemental Food & Beverage Tax for projects benefiting the overall community, culture, and commerce of Allen County and Fort Wayne;

and

[2] To manage and operate the Grand Wayne Convention Center as a source of revenue generation in collaboration with local hospitality venues, attracting organizations and visitors encompassing a variety of international, national, regional, and state-oriented events.

The CIB is comprised of a group of dedicated professionals and community leaders appointed to guide the vision and mission of the board to accomplish its objectives.
